How to Delete a User from my Service Provider account?

At times, you may need to remove a user from your account. For example, if a user no longer works at your company. While the process is easy, we recommend taking extreme caution while deleting users.

In order to to delete a user, you must first reassign all unfinished jobs that are currently assigned to that user.
Here's how to remove a User from your Service Provider account:
  1. Select Users on the left navigation bar.
  2. Locate the user in the list or you may search for the user by name.
  3. Click the trash icon on the right of the user row.
    If there are unfinished jobs assigned to this user you're trying to delete, you will be alerted of this and you must reassign the jobs before deleting the user. Click Reassign on the pop-up.
    You will be directed to the Jobs page to reassign those jobs. Please see our article How do I reassign Jobs as a Service provider article for the steps to reassign jobs.
  4. Once all jobs for this user has been reassigned, try deleting the user once more. You will need to confirm the delete on the pop-up that will appear. Remember, this action is final.
