How Do I Add and Update Properties?
Properties are required in Checklist and must be added before attempting to create or send jobs. If you are a Tokeet User, your Properties in Tokeet will be sent over to Checklist. You do not need to re-create those properties in Checklist.
Create Properties by entering Property Data:
- Click Properties on the left navigation bar and select the sub-menu option- Properties.
- Click the Add button at the top right-hand.
- Enter all required information.
Property Name
- Name used to identify the rental internally. If you are a Tokeet User, this name will also be used on Tokeet.
Checklist Name
- User-friendly name. This name will also be seen by the Service provider.
Currency
- Currency used to pay service providers for jobs on this property. You may override this currency later when creating a job or assignment rule for this property.
Property Status
- Readiness of the property for guests. You may change the status later if needed.
- Click Save.
That's it! Now you can add Property Instructions for your service providers, then create jobs on your property.
