View Incident Reports

Your service provider may submit incident reports to notify you of any unusual occurrences at your property.
To view all incident reports:
- Click Jobs on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Select Incidents.
- All incidents reported by all service providers will be shown here.
- Click into any report to view incident details, and images submitted by the service provider.
On the incidents page, you can search for specific incidents by using the Received, Service provider, Property, or the status of the incident filters. The search field can be used to find specific incidents.
From the Incidents page, you can navigate to the Jobs page using the jobs button at the top right of the page.
